Job Overview/Summary
We are looking for a Brand Manager that plays the role of a leader that has full control of the second largest business for North Latam region (Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico & Caricom). The brands she / he will be managing are: Poett, Mistolín, Sanipine, Lestoil and Pinesol. 80% of the business is locally produced.
Poett and Mistolín brand strategy is managed by Latam regional team, so the Brand Manager need to provide feedback regarding innovation and local insights (consumer and category) to the regional team, so the plans make sense for each geography. Also he / she needs to tropicalize regional plans and execute them across region.
Sanipine and Lestoil are also locally produced brands that it’s brand strategy is mainly managed by Local team. Brand Manager needs to ensure that Brand Strategy, Plans and Innovation Pipeline happen on time.
Pinesol is made in US and also the brand strategy is managed by domestic team. Brand Manager needs to be in touch with domestic team to reapply brand strategy and adapt plans, communication and innovation pipeline depending the market.
He / she will be responsible for executing with excellence all the local plans including base business and new products initiatives in the categories that he / she manages.
Key Responsibilities
Category, Market and Competitors data gathering and analysis to be translated into new business opportunities
Lead and execute local and regional innovation/activities to ensure on time and successful business results.
Full control of Marketing budget. Assure that all investment plans are aligned with brand priorities
Lead business plan. Develop and deliver financial forecast assumptions (Pricing, Innovation, Category and Share Projection, Upsides, Downsides & Choices)
Team work with multifunctional team to assure volume demand, supply and customer opportunities are maximize
Years And Type Of Experience
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
1 year minimum as Brand manager in FMCG industry
4 years minimum experience in marketing with some background in sales / trade marketing
English Advance
MS Word, Excel, Power Point Expert
