What does the work look like?
- You will improve the end to end Supply Chain to increase Sales and Profits (cost & cash process improvement).
- Design and implement projects that build sales via: Superior Availability at Store, and optimizing Supply Chain Costs and Cash for Customer + Henkel.
- Coordination between plants, the commercial area and delivery with the distribution center.
- Work with internal controls, order management & logistics to ensure supply trade terms implementation & compliance.
- Effectively lead Customer Service. Excellent Service as Measured by Customer and make Henkel the undisputed #1 Preferred Supplier.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Live in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
- Maximum 4 years of experience in any area of Supply Chain.
- Experience in Sales, Finance, Systems or Administration roles are desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude.
- You love to use data analytics to identify new insights and business opportunities for us and the customer.
- Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
- Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimal with others.
- Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Excel- Intermediate-advance level, Power BI and Knime is desirable).
- Management of Customer Portals & web sites and SAP.
- Travel availability: Sometimes, it is needed to work directly with the customer at their office or Distribution Center.
