Bilingual Office Manager

Required:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience at least
  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Fluent in Quickbooks

Primary Functions:

  • Keep up to date with the management work agenda
  • Accompaniment to the Director General in meetings and decision making
  • Monitor general administrative issues
  • Travel logistics
  • Keep meeting minutes
  • Presentation Review
  • Courier delivery and control
  • Dealing with suppliers and customer service
  • Realization and logistics of events (corporate meetings, meeting, kickoff)
  • Support the team in administrative matters and project management
  • Quickbooks management

Languages:

  • Advanced English
