- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Perfil del Candidato Ideal
- Estudios, Idiomas y Lenguajes necesarios:
-
- Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Design, International Commerce, or similar.
- 3 year experience designing UI/UX.
- Clickup expertise desirable
- Habilidades Deseadas y Experiencia:
-
- Managerial skills, problem solving, Leadership, Customer Service, Planning &
- Organizing, Negotiation skills.
- Excellent computer skills, advanced office applications.
- Excellent English skills.
- Experienced with handling general cargo shipments and all related issues
- Have the ability to handle issues with any partner in this business (shipping line, cargo owners, brokers and involved authority).
- Able to find new clients and have the skills to communicate with them .
