Human Resources Analyst

  • Reports to: CFO
  • Location: Ciudad de México
  • Ideal Candidate & Objective:
    • To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to collaborate with other people in and out of the organization with a fast paced, goal oriented startup with high expectations from investors and clients. The ideal candidate has to be able to work swiftly and efficiently to develop and deliver Human Resources activities within training, attraction, selection, culture development & events organization.
  • Main responsabilities:
      • Recruitment of operating profiles
      • Preparation of employee records
      • Perform and coordinate induction to new entry staff
      • Staff Onbarding and off boarding 
      • Monitoring of policies and procedure
      • Administrative activities
      • Contract management
      • Control assistance and validation of incidents
      • Application of exit interviews
      • Management of multiple warning formats.
      • Implementation and monitoring of new RH projects that guarantee personnel retention.
      • Culture development
      • Event planning
  • Remuneration
    • Monthly Wage: $25,000 a 45,000 MXN 
    • Christmas Bonus: 15 days
    • Bono por Desempeño: Between 1 & 2 months

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Studies, Languages and Experience: 
    • Bachelor degree in management, human resources, or similar
    • Masters degree or especialización will be considered a plus.
    • Similar position experience minimum of three years. 
    • Leadership, good communications.
    • Advanced english
