To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to collaborate with other people in and out of the organization with a fast paced, goal oriented startup with high expectations from investors and clients. The ideal candidate has to be able to work swiftly and efficiently to develop and deliver high quality software to accomplish the customer needs for a correct market fit.
Main responsabilities:
Develop across the stack with a focus on backend microservices
Build solutions that take into consideration issues of scaling and growth
Create code that is robust for long term expansion and use
Collaborate with product, design and the broader engineering team on features and functionality
Evaluate product launch related use cases from a technical perspective.
Participate in team meetings covering release and build roadmaps and be an active voice in the discussion
Assure that all the technical solutions are aligned with the business strategy and OKRs
Understand the impact of the products that the team is developing
Be able to participate in technical definition and architecture of the digital products that the team has to develop
Work in a collaborative environment where practices to motivate, collaborate, provide feedback and constant learning are common for all the teams.
Remuneration
Monthly Wage: $25,000 a 45,000 MXN
Christmas Bonus: 15 days
Bono por Desempeño: Between 1 & 2 months
Ideal Candidate Profile
Studies, Languages and Experience:
Bachelor degree in computer science, o similar
Masters degree or especialización will be considered a plus.
Similar position experience minimum of three years.
Leadership, good communications.
Advanced english
Technical Skills requirements:
Experience working with Java, Go, Kotlin or Node.js
PostgreSQL knowledge
Knowledge and experience en best practices as DDD, TDD, Coding Patterns
Desirable knowledge of infrastructure and Dev-Ops such as: Cloud AWS (Different services), Kubernetes, Spinnaker, GitHub Actions and Docker
