Job Description

  • Ensure the correct internal corporate communication, through communication policies.
  • Work with the marketing area to develop content that allows improvement in attraction, retention and training programs based on the various products;
  • Define, implement and monitor HR strategies according to business objectives;
  • Follow up and implement the recommendations of the external auditors on HR-related issues, establishing the necessary guidelines, policies and manuals;
  • Advise leaders on HR processes and create the necessary action plans to achieve required improvements;
  • Oversee performance and functions ensuring excellent internal customer service;
  • Generate and manage the corresponding budget efficiently;
  • Create work environments that promote the values ​​of the company required by a transnational organization in the process of change and growth;
  • Be responsible for aligning the Human Resources strategy with the strategy of each of the areas under its responsibility
  • Support talent planning, which implies the implementation of training programs, performance management, organizational development processes that support both individual and organizational growth;
  • Develop compensation strategies to enable leaders to successfully develop negotiations and awards to attract, motivate, and retain talent;
  • Together with the leaders, formulate effective organizational designs for the company, from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Identify key talent within the company in order to be able to implement succession plans;
  • Identify organizational talent needs, performance evaluation, climate survey, comply with NOM035;
  • Plan the training, according to detected needs;
  • Change Management strategies.
  • Implement replacement templates and career plans for all staff;
  • Implement strategies aimed at reducing the company’s turnover;
  • Ensure that newly recruited staff are in accordance with the culture of the company and the project to which it is integrated;
  • Make alliances with Universities, exchange boards and job boards to open new sources of Recruitment;
  • Implement exit surveys and organizational climate to detect areas of opportunity in the area.
  • Support the General Directorate in the design of strategies that help achieve the recommendation and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization;
  • Plan and execute staff integration events, mainly Christmas dinner and the end of the year party.
  • Plan the performance evaluation processes, succession plans, development plans and goal definition policies;
  • Monitor the implementation of training plans, training and development tailored to the needs of the different positions;
  • Implement talent attraction and retention strategies and encourage staff development and growth;
  • Develop policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Studies and Languages:
o Bachelor of Business Administration, Psychology or related career
or Master in specialist area of ​​Human Resources will be considered a plus.
o 5 years experience in Human Resources positions (
human resources management, development and training plans, recruitment process,
remuneration system , planning and cost of work).

o Honesty, teamwork, orientation to people and customer service, numerical profile and
excellent communication.
o Profile with a lot of potential, self-motivated, with great energy. Fluent English.
