Job profile
Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term
HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and
methodologies for the respective function (MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions or retirement
programs) for the delivery of Accenture’s total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive
and affordable. Manage operational transactionas per the agreed norms.
Requirements:
· 2 to 3 years as a human resources generalist
· Bachelor’s degree: Psychologist, Human Resources, Bussines Administration
· Good knowledge of legislation laboral
· Profit management to attract and retain employees
· Benefits administration
· Analyze performance metrics. Provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required. Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance Responsible for specific Rewards Management function (Compensation, Global equity, Benefits Pension, Market Intelligence, Annual planning)
· Manage compensation plans and benefits
· Attention to suppliers and compensation consultants
· English Level: Advanced
